Mike Sr., the family patriarch, has deep Lexington roots. Growing up a "townie" means he not only knows everyone, he probably knows what kind of roof they have (and if it needs replacing). He's also a licensed Massachusetts roofing contractor and a loving grandfather. 

Mike Sr. began his entrepreneurial journey as a teenager, laying the foundation for what would become a thriving family business. Since 1975, he’s built a reputation for honesty, trustworthiness, and quality work. His sons joined the family business, ensuring the tradition of top-notch work will continue for generations to come. 

  Jim Leary's hands-on approach extends to every aspect of your project, including permit acquisition. As a licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor, he knows the intricacies of building codes so ensures all necessary permits are obtained for your roofing or exterior contracting project. 

His extensive roofing and building experience, commitment to detail, combined with Jim's     on-site project management, guarantees a smooth and compliant build - often overseen by his loyal co-pilots, Jack and Lily (his dogs).

Mike Jr. is a Lexington native and girl dad (so he's used to dealing with demanding clients)! 

With a degree in entrepreneurship, he's continuing the family tradition of excellence in roofing and exterior contracting. Mike has a MA Construction Supervisor License and a wealth of roofing and construction industry knowledge, so he can guide you to the best choices for your project. He does project estimates and is on-site daily managing roofing and construction projects.
